Journey
Following her job loss, Gainamungu Aminah recognized the unique challenges women, girls, and orphans face in securing stable income, education, and economic stability. Also her organisation intends to address major problems like, gender based violence (GBV), Increased rates or HIV among these marginalised groups because most of the cases are due to the strong financial dependence of the victims on their abusers. Therefore she decided to leverage her experience and skills to create a charity focused on empowering these vulnerable groups through education, training, and resources so as to gain financial independence hence curbing the problem of GBV and HIV/AIDS.
Gainamungu Aminah’s dedication to empowering women, girls, and orphans has earned her recognition within the community and beyond. Her charity’s work has inspired others to join the cause, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
